Qi Gong is a vehicle for transformation, healing, vitality, longevity, and deep peace.
These exercises and practices are easy to learn and feel wonderful to do. Anyone at any age or level can learn the movements with no concern of injuring themselves. This is a practice for modern folks of all ages.

the Art of Qi Gong,
“Classes will include: opening warm ups, activations, stretches & strengthening and then we let the Chi move us in our “Flow” sections (moving meditations) and we’ll add Standing postures to build resiliency, stamina, peacefulness in the body and stillness in the mind.”
“Start where you are and stop trying NOT to feel the present moment”.
You don’t have to “believe” in Taoist philosophy (though it is a beautiful “way” to lead one’s life) to get the full benefits from Qi Gong teachings which are meant to relax and soften the body.
